Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Healthy Body HQ, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are accepted for purchases made through shophealthybodyhq.com.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not entered processing or shipment.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined below.

3. Return Request Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Requests made outside this window may not be eligible for a refund or return.

4. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, all of the following must apply:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and unassembled
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components
  • The product must be in resalable condition, free from damage or signs of use
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be approved before returning any item

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

5. How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)

To begin a return:

  1. Email support@shophealthybodyhq.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and issue an RMA if approved
  3. Carefully package the item and ship it using a trackable shipping method

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error.

6. Restocking & Non-Refundable Fees

  • Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable
  • Refused deliveries (not due to damage) may incur additional handling or return shipping fees

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide photos or video documentation of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including shipping

Do not return damaged or defective items without contacting us first.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
  • Products missing original packaging or components
  • Items marked as Final Sale

10. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed or missing:

  • Contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier
  • If the order is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund

11. International Orders

For international orders (if applicable):

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes
  • Not all products are eligible for international returns
