  • Standard Shipping: Cost and delivery time vary by weight and destination.
  • Expedited or Express Shipping: Available at additional cost where offered.
  • For large or heavy items, freight shipping with scheduled delivery may be required.

After processing, delivery times generally fall within:

  • Domestic (Canada): 3–10 business days
  • U.S. Orders: 5–15 business days
  • International Orders: 10–30 business days

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected.
  • Any free shipping promotions will be applied automatically when eligible.

  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain carriers.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or appears to be missing:

  • If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact the carrier and then notify us so we can assist.

For orders outside Canada:
