Welcome to Healthy Body HQ. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shophealthybodyhq.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Payment Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or make a purchase.

We strive to describe our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions, images, or pricing are completely error-free. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you for instructions. 

5. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

Prices for products are listed on the Site and may change at any time without notice. Payment will be charged at the time of purchase in accordance with our Payment Policy. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout based on your location. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, including costs and estimated delivery times, are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or other factors beyond our control. 

7. Returns & Refunds

Your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Healthy Body HQ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
  • Interfering with the Site’s operation or security
  • Submitting false information or fraudulent orders
    Healthy Body HQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. 

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • Healthy Body HQ does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of product descriptions.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or products will not exceed the purchase price of the product at issue. Under no circumstances will Healthy Body HQ be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Healthy Body HQ and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
