About This Delivery: This exceptional outdoor sauna requires delivery by a specialized or flatbed truck and requires a scheduled appointment. It arrives on a wooden pallet and is encased in wood for solid protection. Offloading and transport of this product will require special equipment in the form of a forklift or crane. The driver is responsible for “delivery only” and will provide limited assistance at the site. Prior to shipping this product, we often contact customers to share shipment details and needs and discuss any extenuating delivery circumstances that may complicate or cause additional delivery expenses.
