Maxxus Saunas are constructed of Canadian Reforested Hemlock Wood. These sauna products feature Low EMF heating panels, FM radio with MP3 Aux and Bluetooth capability, privacy glass and Chromotherapy Lighting.

We use reputable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or freight services depending on the size and destination of the order.

• Standard Shipping: Cost and delivery time vary by weight and destination.
• Expedited or Express Shipping: Available at additional cost where offered.
• For large or heavy items, freight shipping with scheduled delivery may be required.

Exact rates will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected method.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

After processing, delivery times generally fall within:

• Domestic (Canada): 3–10 business days
• U.S. Orders: 5–15 business days
• International Orders: 10–30 business days

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

6. Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected.
• Any free shipping promotions will be applied automatically when eligible.

• We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain carriers.
• Some products may not be eligible for shipment to specific countries due to size, carrier restrictions, or regulatory reasons.
• If a destination is not supported, you will be notified before your order is shipped.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or appears to be missing:

• If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact the carrier and then notify us so we can assist.
• For confirmed lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

RETURN & REFUNDS

Return & Refund Policy

At Healthy Body HQ, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are accepted for purchases made through shophealthybodyhq.com.

2. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not entered processing or shipment.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined below.

3. Return Request Window

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Requests made outside this window may not be eligible for a refund or return.

4. Return Eligibility Conditions

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and unassembled

6. Restocking & Non-Refundable Fees

• Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable
• Refused deliveries (not due to damage) may incur additional handling or return shipping fees
